Systems Range
Ayrshire manufactures a range of different cold rolled steel framing systems to suit a variety of requirements.
Most of our product range is manufactured from S450 high grade zinc coated galvanised steel and are all available to order in various sizes and lengths.
Purlin & Rails
'C' Sections
A variety of sections available for use as: Cladding rails Masonry wall restraints Door/window restraints Parapet capping rails.

Panel Joint Rail & Hat Sections
Specially designed to combine the function of purlin, cladding rail and gutter support at the eaves position.

160 and 240mm
Eaves Beams
Complementary Sections
Developed for the support of horizontal cladding panels. Intended to span vertically between conventional horizontal rails.

Ayrshire’s comprehensive Zeta I, Zeta II, Zed purlins and cladding rail systems cater for most requirements and are all compatible with sleeved, double-span and heavy-end bay systems with which we can also provide accessories such as cleats and sag bars.
These can all be designed and detailed using Ayrsuite Plus software, featuring design optimisation that is able to establish the most cost effective selection of sections.

ZETA is a fully effective section offering maximum efficiency.
No sag bars for majority of roofing applications.
Ideal purlin section for spans up to 7.60m.
Depths available: 125, 150, 175 and 200mm.

ZETA II is a 'ZED' section with web stiffeners offering maximum structural efficiency for weight of material used.
Ideal purlin and rail for spans over 7.50m and heavier loadings. Depths available: 225, 245, 265 and 285m.
