Product Range
Ayrshire manufactures a range of different cold rolled steel framing systems to suit a variety of requirements.
Most of our product range is manufactured from S450 high grade zinc coated galvanised steel and are all available to order in various sizes and lengths.
SwageBeam™
Ayrshire’s SwageBeam™ profile is a cold formed ‘c’ section with parallel stiffeners on the web that results in a high strength yet lightweight profile.
These properties make the SwageBeam™ a versatile beam that can be used for several different building applications such as: -

The high strength nature of SwageBeam™ allows it to be pinned straight on to an existing concrete floor slab. This minimises any foundation work and speeds up the build in comparison to traditional building methods, ultimately keeping costs at bay.
Beam sizes of 220,250 and 300mm deep are available in various gauges and up to 15m lengths. These are supplied with matching end cleats, brackets and punching as required.
